Battery Packs

All Types of Lithium-lon Batteries

Green Tiger designs and manufactures battery packs for its internal consumption and for various OEM through its Joint Venture with Bajaj Motors, BGE Mobility. Our multiple packs across voltages and capacity have been certified by ARAI under AIS 156 (Phase 2) guidelines and have been deployed by multiple EV OEMs. Across 10,000+ packs supplied by Green Tiger over last 2 years, our return/repair rate is less than 0.2%

BMS

(Battery Management System)

Green Tiger Mobility’s Battery Management System (BMS) is developed with support from ARAI and Ministry of Heavy Industries. We support battery packs up to 32S and current up to 200A for all lithium cells (NMC, LFP and LMFP). Our solution is EMI/EMC approved under AIS 004 and is used by various EV OEMs. Our BMS actively manages parameters like voltage and temperature, featuring high-quality MOSFETs and customizable balancing options for optimal battery health. A complete Made in India product is customizable as per customer requirements

Vehicle Intelligence Unit

Green Tiger Mobility’s Vehicle Intelligence Unit (VIU) provided advanced IoT capabilities, including 2G, 4G, and upgradable 5G connectivity. It supports remote diagnostics, FOTA updates, accident alerts, theft security, geo-fencing, and ride behaviour monitoring using our in-house developed algorithms. The IP rated VIU accommodates multiple modules like GSM, GPS, and fuel-gauge sensors for comprehensive vehicle control & monitoring. Our complete “Made in India” product in collaboration with leading chip makers across the world and is customizable as per client’s requirements
